a bit about Annie
I am a certified strength and conditioning coach who specializes in functional movement and injury prevention for athletes. I currently work as the head strength and conditioning coach at Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. I work with all 12 men’s and women’s teams. I was previously at East Carolina University, where I worked with women’s volleyball, swim and dive, pole vault, and men’s golf. Although my passion is athletes, I believe everyone can benefit from functional movements and mobility! When I’m not in the gym, I’m usually hiking with my husband and our dogs or reading a good book!​
