a bit about Megan

Hi! I’m Megan, a certified personal trainer with over 13 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence. I started as a certified group fitness instructor, teaching fun, high-energy classes like Zumba, barre, and HIIT. I quickly fell in love with seeing people surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. I went on to earn my personal training certification and spent 6 years coaching at a Boot Camp in Peachtree City - including 4 years as the lead trainer. My passion is helping clients push through hard things, take care of their bodies and minds, and discover their strongest, healthiest selves.
