a bit about Karian
Hi, I’m Karian, a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’m passionate about helping people become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves – inside and out. With experience in group fitness, small group training, and one-on-one coaching (both in-person and online), I love creating personalized, effective programs that meet my clients where they are and push them toward their goals. Watching clients grow in confidence, strength, and self-belief is the most rewarding part of what I do. Outside of the gym and kitchen, I’m a proud mom of two teenagers and love traveling with my family.
