Lori McGuire is a certified strength coach and vitality advocate helping women redefine what aging looks and feels like. With credentials from NASM, ACE, Les Mills, Mossa, Yoga MU, and YMCA programs, she brings a diverse and holistic approach to strength, mobility, and functional fitness. Lori is currently completing her NASM Nutrition Coach Certification to deepen her support for women’s wellness.
After rediscovering her own strength through early morning workouts, Lori followed her calling to guide women in building muscle, gaining confidence, and aging with intention. Through her business, On Location Fitness, she helps women cultivate strong bodies, resilient minds, and energy that lasts.
